When you place an order or join our waitlist, we collect: your email address, the company name(s) you ask us to check, and payment confirmation data processed by our payment provider. We do not collect or store your credit card details — payments are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record).
We use your email to deliver reports and monitoring alerts, and to contact you about your order. We do not sell your data, do not share it with suppliers, and do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Order records and delivered reports are retained so you can re-download them (12 months) and for accounting compliance. Waitlist emails are deleted if you unsubscribe.
We share the minimum necessary data with: Paddle (payment processing), our email delivery provider (report delivery), and official data providers used to compile reports (your query subject, not your identity). Reports are prepared for the requesting customer only.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing our support address. EU/UK customers have rights under GDPR; we honour verified requests within 30 days.
